OPTIMIST “Pacific Southwest District”, Zone 11

invites you to join in celebrating the installation of officers and the combined successes of our clubs in a joint festivity  hosted by the  West Bakersfield Optimist Club  on October 2, 2010. 

The event will be at The Four Seasons Lodge, 10500 Toscana Drive, Bakersfield, California 93306.  The evening will commence at 5:30pm with a catered dinner at 6:00pm.  The installation, program, and entertainment are to be followed by dancing until 8:30pm.

The tickets are $30 per person all inclusive for the semi-formal affair. Please confirm your attendance with a check made out West Bakersfield Optimists, 7804 Westlorne Court, Bakersfield, California 93309 before Sept. 26th.

Each club president is asked to bring one table centerpiece using the Harvest theme before 5:30pm.  (Some presidents know how to delegate.) Room colors are a gold and olive green.

Each club has bragging rights to showcase their projects and year’s accomplishments, “our real harvest”. Bring a storyboard, album, etc. or whatever you need to tell your story.
